Operation Free Announces New Mexico State Director

Operation Free is proud to announce that Chuck Tyler has joined our team as State Director for New Mexico.


Mr. Tyler is a native Virginian who served in the Army for 10 years, ending his service as a Staff Sergeant. He is a veteran of both Operation Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom. (SANTA FE, NM/March 10, 2010)—Expanding the application window of the Legislative Lottery Scholarship for military veterans highlights six veteran-related Bills signed into law before today’s deadline by Governor Bill Richardson.
